Manzhouli is a small city in northern China, with a population of 54,808. It lies close to China’s northern frontier and is known as a border city in the far north of the country.
Most visitors arrive by air through Manzhouli Xijiao Airport (NZH). Manzhouli is inland, and there are no notable named beaches within 40 kilometres, so a visit is better planned around the city and its surrounding borderland rather than a coastal break.
