Oujda Travel Guide
Morocco
Oujda is a city of around 405,000 people in eastern Morocco, close to the country’s border with Algeria. It is an inland destination rather than a coastal resort, so the city itself is not a base for nearby beach trips.
Most visitors arriving by air use Oujda Angads Airport (OUD), the airport serving the city. There are no notable named beaches within 40 kilometres of Oujda, so plan a separate journey if the coast is an important part of your trip.

Tipping: Tipping is appreciated in Morocco for good service, but it is not obligatory. Moroccans often round up the bill or leave a small amount as a tip.
