Rundu Travel Guide
Namibia
Rundu is a town of 58,172 people in north-eastern Namibia, on the Kavango River near the country’s border with Angola. It is one of Namibia’s main urban centres in the far north and an important base for exploring the surrounding Kavango region.
Travellers arriving by air use Rundu Airport (NDU). Rundu is inland rather than a coastal destination, and there are no notable named beaches within 40 kilometres, although the Kavango River shapes the local landscape.
