Uyuni Travel Guide
Bolivia
Uyuni is a small Bolivian town with a population of 10,293, set inland in the country’s high-altitude Andean region. It is best known as a base for travelling across the surrounding salt-flat landscape.
Travellers arriving by air use Uyuni Airport (UYU). Uyuni is not a coastal destination, and there are no notable named beaches within 40 kilometres, so beach trips are not part of a visit here.
